The proprietor Nick Stone posted anti-Semitic vitriol on his Instagram page @eatingstacksofsnacks on October 7 - the one year anniversary of the Hamas atrocities.
In one provocative and hateful post (now moved to private), Stone posted a picture of a pig dressed in an Israeli Defence Forces uniform and dripping with blood next to a Star of David.The caption underneath proclaims "In memory of today October 7 the day we all re learned about Jews moving to Isreal (*his typo) and the absolute death cult they have shown us they all are."
So according to Nick, Jews are not only NOT welcome in his establishment, but are also part of some kind of "death cult".
It seems French restaurant Bistro St Jacques would do well in 1930s Nazi Germany (or Nazi-occupied France), but has no moral place in Australia in 2024!
