Having eaten sushi everywhere from Boston to Tokyo, I never would have guessed that vegan sushi could compare! But Bloom really knocks it out of the park. And I don’t know who the maitre d’ was on 8/21, but she was crushing it!

Was so impressed with this vegan sushi restaurant last night! We did the 4 course tasting menu. It was soo delicious, everything was so flavourful and fresh. Our waitress was also very kind.
The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the roll and crispy rice ball that had bbq sauce in it, I find the bbq sauce used was a little too strong tasting. Other than that, 10/10!

I love places with a sampler platter and this one had a good one. It came with soup, gyoza, a douzen assorted sushi and a dessert. Splitting it with my partner worked out well and let us try a bunch. The types of sushi were pretty varried so each one felt pretty unique. Some were more focused on the creamy aspects while others focused more on the fresh crunch but both were good in different ways. The staff was friendly and quick and the palce itself was filled with a warm...
