This restaurant is in my best of mtl list. It has understood the essence of montreal: the cultural diversity and the warm welcome.
If someone has a short stay in the city I always reconmmend this place.
Keep up your goos work <3

Golden, best, most authentic Venezuelan empanadas on mtl island. Arepas are great too. A bit pricey but it's worth it.

Amazing place, great restaurant to test your Spanish. I really like the pabellón arepa here, it’s the best.

Although the original spot is being renovated currently, it should be open soon, I ended up going to a temporary location down the street.

I really like the quality of the food and the chill atmosphere and will definitely stop by again.

Very cozy place!!! The food was delicious, the fried plantains were to die for. Our waitress Paola was lovely, the service was both friendly and efficient. We’ll definitely come back without hesitation!

I walked in here to have lunch randomly, I was pleasantly surprised with how cute the interior was, but better yet, the food was so delicious. I had fantastic service as well, and let the server know about my gluten intolerance and she was very helpful guiding me in what to eat and also had great recommendations. My lunch was so tasty! Highly recommend.

I really love Bocadillo, I've been loving it since before they changed locations. The sandwiches are super good and filling and feel very authentic, the sauces are also good, meat is very well cooked in my opinion, the plantains are to die for, I think everyone should try and Arepa from Bocadillo.

If there is one thing i would like to say tho is that it is very expensive, yesterday i got just the sandwich, it was 18 dollars before tax and tip and with tax and tip about 23-24. if you want a combo its about 25 WITHOUT tax and tip.

Don't get me wrong the sandwich is very delicious and is quite filling, but I think the price is too much for what we are getting. The thing is i think i would come back here way more often if it was less expensive. For students, this is unaffordable, for others, it is just overpriced.
