I can't believe how good this was! Thank you!

Lovely fresh food. It was slightly confusing to order when we didn’t speak French and didn’t understand how it worked. It is almost like a Subway, your choice of protein: Hoisin tofu or General Tao tofu. And then you get to pick and sauce and 6 veg toppings. The sauces were limited for vegan options. They also do a tempeh option but this has honey on it.

Healthier, cheaper and tastier than most restaurants on the same street.

Tried Bol de Vie for a salmon poke bowl. I really appreciated that they replaced the falafel (which they were out of) with extra avocado. That said, falafel feels like an unusual topping for a poke bowl. There were also strawberries included, which didn’t quite blend with the other flavours for me.

As constructive feedback, they have a very diverse menu (sandwiches, smoothie bowls, burrito bowls, etc.) which I didn’t get a chance to try, but I’d say poke might not be their strongest offering. I’d be open to going back to explore the rest of their menu!

I order often and have been to their location too, everything is fresh and tasty, not too much sauce for my liking so feels like a true healthy option. Only feedback I could give is that I feel like the chicken filets are getting a bit smaller but still enough to fill me up !

I dined here with my class while on a school trip to Montreal. We fed 11 people for a completely reasonable price. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The service was quick and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend to anyone! Met a variety of diets as well as picky eaters. Love, love, love.

We did like you right now! We see the note and we say “wow”! We see the beautiful menu board all lit up with poke and sandwiches that tempt us and again, we say “wow”! BUT GO YOUR WAY! The staff is unpleasant, the wait is endless for ONE sandwich (around 30 minutes), and it is VERY expensive for what it is!

The proof in pictures, I had thought of receiving a sandwich in Turkish bread as indicated on the beautiful table but I was not warned and here is what I was served, and without pressure too! $13 for this little wrap or whatever (by the way, your “sandwich” doesn’t have any special taste…).

I first thought it was a mistake but when I returned to the counter to ask, the gentleman and the lady said to me in surprise: “Are you coming back about the bread? » not THAT! Proof that they were not at peace with what they gave me...
1. It's not a bread but a tortilla and YES it's ridiculously SMALL.
False images therefore, and bad faith on top of that… in short, don’t waste your time, our city is full of good places to eat….
