The pogos had no taste. Floury texture disturbing for the sausage. Really disappointing for the price

Overpriced for uninteresting fast food prepared in 2 minutes (4 pogos, 2 beers), billed at an almost gourmet price.
(The waiters have nothing to do with it, but there is no table service, which explains the 1 star for the service given the prices charged).
{quality & taste experience} / price ratio: close to zero.
Financial profitability for the manager of this business: surely excellent (given the paltry costs that the raw materials must cause...)
Trying a Quebec specialty: OK.
Put the price to test: OK why not.
But the merchandise still needs to be there, worthy of the price charged, and be stunning...
* 4 poor smoked sausages for 2 people in a pan cooked in 2 minutes, * 2 33 cl beers...presented as "artisanal" and without any taste interest for a price as exorbitant as it is unjustified,
* a dirty table that we had to clean ourselves...
All for a taste monopolized by the sauce (the rest being tasteless) for a cost including tax of 60 dollars: it would be ok if the taste was to die for.
In this case, we are light years away: we remain frozen, horribly disappointed by the feeling of having been scammed, what's more with an unfilled stomach in the end...
I confess my incomprehension in the face of so much enthusiasm and such positive notes on this junk food corner... A good example of the fact that we must be wary of the comments we can find here and there...
What attracts: the loud music and the colors of the bar. And we get fooled.
Certainly an address of choice for anyone wanting to throw money out the window.

Delicious, reasonable price and good service. The portion of the fries cone is much more generous than it looks too.

Excellent food with a well designed menu that makes it hard to choose just one thing! A little hot and loud in the eating area but the excellent service, vibes and plant based food made it one of our top meals in Montreal this weekend! Try it - you won’t miss the meat!

10/10 for the pogo experience. I was able to taste them at a market! The dough is tasty and the spicy mayo on top was a perfect complement. Very excited to see them again at the Jean-Talon Market!
