What an amazing way to end a trip. Bullion Bilk upheld their esteemed reputation and then some. 8 course tasting menu was unreal. Each dish had something to offer. New flavours and experiences to be had in each bite. Dropped a bag and left happy to do so.
An exceptional dining experience, friendly staff and excellent knowledge of the menu and wine pairings. I highly recommend this restaurant both to discover new flavors but also to simply be surprised.
