A truly unforgettable experience! Credit to the front of house and kitchen teams alike. Party of 5 adults eating the 5 and 8 course tasting menus, with discovery and traditional wine pairings. Each course was delicious and well presented. Staff were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about dishes/ingredients/wines. The atmosphere was classy. Some of the wine pairings were, shall we say, adventurous! Well done Buillon Bilk, we look forward to dining with you again!

I dined here on Sunday, May 25th during a recent visit to Montreal. I thought the food was executed very well. Almost perfect. Would have like to have seen a little more creativity and pushing the envelope, but there's never anything wrong with keeping it simple and executing it perfectly.
