I’ve been there 5 times, their old location and the new one. Always excellent, they favor ingredients from the province of Quebec… and it’s wonderful, as the province has an amazing selection of great products. Their course menus are both inventive and festive. Great wine list, better than many 1 or 2 stars Michelin restaurants, very good service and sommelier - overall a wonderful experience , well priced.
A bit chamouflage on the outside, inside its a lovely restaurant with nice lights hanging from an atrium ceiling and soft light at table level. The food is layered and well thought out. Tasting menu definitely worth it. Terrific wine list too. The staff were very accommodating to suit individual preferences.
The food was absolutely outstanding and delsious. Our server was attentive and made fantastic recommendations. The attention to detail in both the food and service showed the passion and care the team put in. Thank you.
