A first experience for me here. I went to get a takeaway. The griot is excellent; juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Tasty pikliz, super sticky rice, perfect weighed bananas and a succulent little salad! We're going to come back!

Bouillon de Saveurs was an unplanned lunch after a walk at Visitation Island. The dining room looks great and their sound system is unusually rich and pleasant. The music is louder than typical at a restaurant but since it sounded great it wasn't grating and added to the atmosphere.
The plate menu features a lot of different choices for the center of your plate and the rest of the plate is a set menu of plantains, salad, rice and beans and pickled peppers and a ramekin of sauce. I had meatballs and my partner had chicken wings. ALL the pieces of the plate were delicious, wholesome and served fresh and hot.
I'd recommend this as a great place for a brunch (they have some outdoor seating) or a social dinner. It seemed like they did a lot of take-out also but I'd suggesting staying to eat in and enjoy the dining room and staff's service.
