Unsanitary, overpriced and ignorant staff.
They’re located inside a hospital!

The person handling my food keeps touching my sandwich to see if it’s warm with her bare and unwashed hands. Then proceeds to use the thongs to place it in the bag to give it to me???
We can see and hear everything as customers.

The person who took my order was a dark-skinned lady, she was very sweet. But the rest of the staff are fake, rude and very sarcastic! I came during rush hour and there’s lack of communication amongst everyone. The orders are being misheard and the atmosphere is such a mess. They keep counting their tips/exchanging it instead of focusing on the customer line up… they need a screen to keep up with the orders since their focus is always on the TIPS,TIPS,TIPS.
See for yourself how fake they speak to you. It’s hard to explain, you have to experience it.

Sandwiches are overpriced! Unpleasant taste.

Start your day with RUDE AND SARCASTIC STAFF.
This morning, I was in the line and there was a pregnant lady who asked for her croissant warmed up and the staff in the back laughed at her. Mocking her in french saying "Faudra la metre sur la cèdre" referring to the croissant (the staff with blond hair/raspy voice & wearing a hat said this) I think she was the manager, since she does inventory (WOW). I even saw the customer GAVE TIPS....Undeserved really.

The other customers before the lady had their croissant warmed and no one said anything.

As for my experience, I come here to get my coffee everyday. During rush hour it's fresh, but when you come during slow time, it's just warm, nothing really special. When it was my turn, the cashier was not welcoming at all, just asked what my order was as she counted her tips.

19$ wasted on food that taste so bad.

I highly recommend buy fresh fruits if you are hungry or ordering something from somewhere else.

I've been going there for years, the beverages are alright! I mostly appreciate the service from the older employees. I've recently noticed though that they let people they know cut in line (they prepare their orders first) even though many other customers were there before and waiting to order. Some mornings are very busy and I do my best to arrive before the rush hour so this is very disappointing to see.

I was happy with the grilled cheese sandwich but very unhappy with the Beef and Barley soup. A little over 7$ for the soup and not 1 piece of meat.

The place is very expensive, the girl serving is friendly, but the sandwiches are dry and stale, poor quality and overpriced. It's wonderful that there are many places to shop. Ugh! not recommended at all.

Good service and good coffee.

Aggressive and violent server/waiter. Screamed at me and my 6 years old child and kicked us away for asking about an update after letting us wait 15 minutes because he was doing something else. We were the only clients. Very disappointing and traumatising for kids at the children hospital.

I'm usually down in S1 buying in the cafeteria or from the two fast food shops there. Decided to try out the ones in RC. Was a bit disappointed with what I ordered, but was more peeved with being short changed. It wasn't even busy when I went. People ask for your receipts

A bit pricey, but provide alternatives to the hospital cafeteria food. Always busy in the morning and during lunch hour.

Why are you advertising that you’re back to the 24/7 schedule when you aren’t? Update the schedule to set proper expectations!
