The standard croissant was delightful - it had that kind of rich buttery taste that made me want to buy a second.. and a third. The decor is cute and charming, and the staff was just as welcoming. Looking forward to my next visit here!
I recently saw Boulangerie Monsieur Pinchot on The Food Network, and we were visiting Montreal, so I wanted to stop in and check it out. We got mille-feuille, Paris Brest, and a pistachio eclair. All were beautifully presented, perfectly filled, and absolutely delicious. Parking was not easy, and it's in an area full of one way streets and construction.. but, worth a visit. A couple of small tables, but no dine in to speak of.

We are from the states and Mr. Pinchot was our stop for fantastic coffee and beautiful house-made pastries every day for a week. Kind, friendly people took care of us and we felt very welcome!
