The products are still just as good, despite the prices being rather high.
However, the quality of service has declined significantly since I have been visiting the place; the cashier was very cold in her approach the last time I was there (no smile, no help putting the products in the bag...). There also seems to be an expectation that we leave a tip even when we are just buying an outdoor product in store... With the prices so high and the service so average, not super interesting. ..

The bread (white square) I bought today is overcooked and tastes like wet dog.

My family and I go there almost every week. We are always well served by the very kind and caring staff. The quality of the food is excellent.
Always fresh and well laid out before our eyes. Displays full of good products. Their soups are always delicious!! In short, thank you to the entire team for your dedication and kindness! 🤍

I have my bread card (!!) and I have been going there regularly for several years. I normally have ok service, nothing more. I sometimes sit near the windows with a green tea to benefit from as much light as possible.

But the last time I went there I honestly had EXCEPTIONAL service. Without knowing me, Josée questioned me and made a suggestion for an accompaniment for the walnut bread, seeing my bread card she informed me that certain breads are not available as a free 10th loaf. I asked him if any new seasonal breads were coming soon. She grabbed a baker as she passed by to tell me more.

It’s good to see people who understand what good service is! Finally real human connections :)

We really like this place… great service and high quality products; I ordered two cakes for my partner's birthday: the service from Malena (not sure of the exact first name) was incredibly efficient and friendly and the cakes delicious!

I had a chocolatine and it was cold. They should keep their pastries warm. With the AC jammed, all the pastries are cold

Of all the Première Moisson that I have been to, this one is my favorite. Spacious, good menu, excellent desserts (which my doctor forbids me now, sniff), friendly service, and the latte bowl is pure tradition. Disappointed on the other hand that they took down the section where you could open the windows and make a terrace, which pushes me to other sidewalk cafes in summer, but I come back for the cooler weather. The atmosphere is pleasant.
