⭐☆☆☆☆
Very disappointing experience. We came in for the first time just to look at the menu, and one of the staff members rudely told us we were not standing in line properly. We weren’t even trying to order yet — just checking the options. The attitude was completely uncalled for. Not a welcoming place at all.
Love the stores and the variety of cakes they have. It was very crowded when we arrived but the staffs managed the crowd well and didn’t make us feel overwhelmed or being left out at all. The tarts and crème brûlée are delicious, drinks are ok. Will definitely visit again
Probably the best pastries restaurant in Montreal. Quality , variety, and price always on point.
The behavior of the staff was really poor and not polite.
The coffee and bread are pretty good, which is why I keep coming back and giving it a chance. Unfortunately, the service is very unpleasant most of the time. Once in ten, you can have good service, but it is extremely, very rare. This ends up ruining the experience, which is a shame!

On Christmas Eve everything is busy but 1ère Moisson was perfectly organized with the staff and additional inventory needed to cover the increased demand. Everything was done in order and calm. It was impeccable!!

Very lovely crew, and the inside is welcoming to enjoy your coffee or food options and relax, change of pass.
Do watch out for overlay dry pastries and cakes but I've had no problems asking for an exchange.

The excess packaging is staggering! I suggest prioritizing paper bags which are easily recyclable and where you do not have to separate the plastic part from the paper part. It's 2024 and it's still a problem in many places

Chose a piece of log displayed at 5.25 which ended up costing 7.53 at the checkout since the wrong price was displayed. When I got home, I noticed that the piece was tiny in its big box. And in the mouth, big disappointment: too sweet, fatty icing (not butter) with meringue button (we wonder what it tastes like on a log) and oh yes! I forgot: a delicious almond decorates the mini-buchette! Wow!!! That’s too much generosity!
I'm not going back for a treat, that's for sure.
And the white squares are really salty! I don't know what it was like before... Is it the Metro button?

I have an average coffee, I arrive at school to study (a 2-3 min walk), I realize that my glass is not filled at all and it is lukewarm. For almost $5, very impressive.

I have been a loyal customer of this bakery for years, largely due to the welcoming staff and quality products. However, one employee in particular, Patricia (if correct)—a middle-aged woman with gray hair—makes every visit unpleasant. Unlike the other employees, who are always smiling and in a good mood, Patricia is often rude and unwelcoming. She almost always greets me with a “What do you want?” » dry, instead of a simple hello, which makes the experience stressful.
His attitude really contrasts with the rest of the team, which makes this place warm and pleasant. I really like this bakery, but Patricia's negativity is starting to affect the mood. I hope management can step in because all customers deserve a welcoming experience.
