I am a regular customer of your bakeries in Mtl. I've always had good experiences, but I went there yesterday, and a woman served me very disrespectfully. I ordered in French, but as she heard my foreign accent, she started speaking to me in English. We are in Quebec, and I found it very bad.At the end, I asked him: why in English, if I speak to you in French? She replied like ? Why not?

cross contamination ++++ and I saw one of the ladies (the one who wears glasses) dump baked goods directly on the counter where customers pay without a tray or anything.... it was disgusting to see. Otherwise food and drinks are good taste wise.

Every time I go there, I struggle to choose a pastry because everything that they offer is delicious. I highly recommend to try their almond croissant and their tartelette also. During holidays, they also sell themed pastries and chocolates. It is the perfect gift for your loved ones.

Large choice of desserts and dishes etc. of course I choose the more sugars the dirty dishes are less good for me. Kind, courteous staff and fairly fast service, especially after their work, I find it more pleasant. Too bad they don't have the loyalty card system like that of the Jean Talon market.
