Can't say enough about the quality of the food, excellent! However, the only criticism is with the take a number system; they run through verbally before changing the billboard. If you are hearing impaired, they don't care and tell you to take another number. Thankfully, hubby spoke up for me and they listened to him, whereas they didn't listen to me.

Excellent coffee and pastry. Very good selection of sandwiches and sweets of all kinds.

Everything was fresh when I got to order. Shoutout to Chloe who was very helpful and nice with me. I would definitely recommend their croissants. I’m definitely coming back!

Disappointing beverage, the milk in the latte wasn't really microfoam, just hot milk. The cost was really excessive too (more than $10)

Service is OK , it depends on whom you are talking, products quality is good
The only problem is there are no recycling bins I was trying to find management to let them know about it but I couldn’t find him,

For a quite known brand I expect them to be more responsible about their wastes

Service is weird, you can’t hear what they’re yelling behind the counter and they don’t wait to see if you’re there. A big part of it because of the store configuration, I think. Also, it’s always way too crowded for average bread. Not worth it.

The costs are always the most important part of weak points in these shops .we had dine in and bought some breads and pies for taking out .they were very fast ,but we are not .so we were not comfortable. Everything is not choosing and paying .

No one greets you first.
The employees speak to you in Spanish assuming that the person does not understand. Given my name it's obvious that I speak it. Very rude.

Dirty terrace, appetizing sandwiches but too greasy and wet bread, falling apart. Without judging the employees, young girl who served us, not very clean. The Masson branch definitely wins hands down
