I just moved to the neighborhood and I found this bakery, really good prices and freat quality! Everything is made there and the smell calls you from faraway.

I have been a loyal customer for years, always appreciating the quality and freshness of their bread. However, I’ve noticed changes in the ingredients over the past year, particularly with the dark rye bread. The taste has deteriorated, and it seems they've added grains and salt to increase the weight. The bread is lighter in color, often underbaked, and lacks the quality it once had. Recently, I decided to switch to Russian bread. Two days ago, I requested two loaves of Russian bread, but upon arriving home, I found they had given me the dark rye instead. While the shop’s appearance is cleaner and more modern, it seems the quality and authenticity have unfortunately been compromised.

They charged me $15 for half a dozen of 2-day old HALF FROZEN apple turnovers, and lie to my face saying they were made in the morning! I went back, got my money back and asked why lie to me? The old guy replied “well…we don’t make them everyday anymore”.
