I don’t know what’s wrong with this restaurant? Whenever I order on uber they don’t give exactly what am asking for , the always add vegetables on my sandwich even if I ask not to do , this night I went to the restaurant to see how they work and they were close to do the same thing, luckily there is a girl working there who told them to correct the order and she asked twice for this , If she wasn’t there I could get a wrong order again So disappointed. Last time trying this Boustan restaurant.

Honestly I usually eat here I love the food so much What I noticed is what spoils my mood is the bad attitude of one of the women who work there (not the Pakistani, she is very nice) Be for the customers be for her colleagues she looks very badly she speaks very badly, she talks on the phone at the same time with the customers no respect it's very unfortunate for such a restaurant

I will never order from you again, it’s a Scandal!!! I placed an order for 3 dishes plus a drink for delivery and I only received 2 dishes and 1 of the 2 was not the right one. I contacted the restaurant and they offered to offer me an extra drink and add side ingredients to correct the error rather than making my dish again and what's more they didn't want to deliver it to me so I would have had to go and pick up my order!!! We agree that if I ask myself to have it delivered there is a reason!!!! I do not recommend this restaurant, the service is deplorable!!! And no refund offer!!!

I ordered a shawarma bowl this Friday, February 14 on Uber eat. I took the large size, because a pita bread is included, and I asked to put the garlic sauce and humus on the side because I'm sharing it with someone who has intolerances. The order arrived with the sauces in the bowl and mixed with the rest of the food and without pita bread. Just read THE CAPITAL CHARACTERS and assemble an order, and still the 2 item order arrives non-compliant. Last time at your place.

I have visited this restaurant more than five times, mainly because I live nearby and the food is very good. However, the reception really leaves something to be desired. More precisely, the two young women at the checkout completely lack professionalism: no friendliness, no smile, and a blatant lack of respect towards customers.
This is not a passing impression, because I noticed the same behavior on each visit. Unfortunately, this completely ruins the experience.
