I ordered a Petite Poutine Mixte and a Pita Shawarma Mixte from here via Uber Eats. The poutine came with missing shawarma, but that ended up being the least of my concerns.
I already received a refund for the missing shawarma, but unfortunately, the rest of the food was of extremely poor quality.
The sandwich was poorly assembled; the top half was thin and full of sauces, while the bottom half was dry and packed with large chunks of meat. The meat itself was dry and unpleasant to eat.
The poutine's potatoes were stale and chewy, with no fresh texture at all.
I had to throw everything away. This was easily one of the worst food experiences I've ever had due to the unacceptable quality of the food. I always eat at different branches of Boustan, and this never happened to me before, until today.

I ordered online, and that was absolutely unpleasant, my pitas was absolutely dry with no sous, and meat was looks very dry and old , after l had stomach pain and spend all day in toilet with diarrhea.... Absolutely not order in this place food. 👎

The moment I opened it, I thought I was hallucinating. Except for the potatoes which were fresh, the rest of the chicken, rice and salad all tasted like they had been sitting around for a long time and were about to go bad. (I'd like to state in advance that I'm a loyal fan of this restaurant and I eat at Snodown's two or three times a week.) The chicken was dry, the rice was undercooked, and the salad was about to go bad. The combination of these three flavors was simply inedible. When I ate it with the idea of not wasting food, my body instinctively spit out the first bite. Sorry, this restaurant is too bad. But the waiter was very patient

Extremely dirty place no seat/table was clean enough so I could sit down and eat. Made a mistake on my order and wanted to charge me for something I didn’t ask for. After I argued they corrected it but customer service could be improved. They also didn’t give me ustensiles when i asked them for it.
