UPDATE: So there is no point in writing in support of Boustan. They never followed up on the situation. I sent an email a week ago and never heard back. Even for that it's a real scam. Go your way!
We got screwed by the restaurant. We ordered on Uber to pick up our order on site. When we arrived they hadn't even started our order. We confirmed with them that it wasn't done and so we canceled. And there we see on our account that they made us pay for the order even though they NEVER gave it to us. They don't even want to reimburse us. Avoid at all costs.

I have to say, it’s my first time at this location and the food is absolutely amazing. The chicken, potatoes, and garlic sauce is superb!
I placed an order for $32 and asked if I could go to the restroom. An employee asked her colleague, who replied that it was not possible. I was therefore informed that the toilets were not accessible. I find it unacceptable that a brand like yours leaves its customers without access to the toilets. It was obvious that the refusal came from employees who did not want to give me access. When I said I wouldn't buy anything anymore, they seemed surprised.

I have been hesitant to write a review but after several bad experiences in a row now it’s time. The quality of food has significantly decreased over my last 3 orders. From dried and tasteless meat to my last order of garlic potatoes cold as a fridge. Also exaggerated requests for tipping with minimum 15%
