it absolutely lacks hygiene, I used to go there often but unfortunately never again, the other time I ordered a chicken shawarma, the manager even started to prepare it, he received a phone call, he touched his phone while answering his call, talked about food, finished with the call and started folding the shish without thinking of going to change his gloves or wash his hands. ok second time not so long ago I go back I order something with chicken the guy before preparing he touches or scratches the back of his ear and he touches my pita, remember not to touch elsewhere before preparing the food, that makes you want to eat! Use gloves and change them after every 3 hours, maximum. think about hygiene, it is very important otherwise you will lose customers.

Probably the best Boustan in Montreal. The food is fresh, tasty but the highlight is the staff. They are always nice, smiling and kind. They even prepare my orders and make specials with care. I think this Boustan makes me feel like home. I will miss it when I leave this city 🤍🙏🏽
