Good beer and so so pretzel. Good service. The English translation of their website had us wondering, turns out it was just another Montreal bar

Always wanted to do die Montreal microbrewery tasting and this place seems to be on the top of the list! Well it did not disappoint and the server is ultra patient and also explain everything in detail. We didn't wait long even tho there was a line on the weekend. It was a great place to have a convo with friends. It is noisy but not so much that I couldn't hear but cozy and welcoming. We didn't try their bar food but just drinks but the selections were great and for those who doesn't like beer they do have wine selections too! Well come back here again next time we are back in town.

This was our treat after a long hike and well worth the walk! Not much to look at from the outside but warm and welcoming on the inside. Great service and beer. The hefeweizen was traditional and delicious, and the Herbe a Detourne was exceptional. The demi-nachos were a great afternoon snack accompaniment.

Super low key, easy going brewery with a great variety of beers. Staff was easy to engage. Beer flights were well thought out and quality was definitely there. Don't be shy to come here and have fun.

I was excited to see the brew pub, since Peche Mortel is my absolute favorite beer. Went in mid day, and sat at the bar, where we were not greeted for sometime, although 3 servers were behind the bar. A man was making sandwiches, and just by the look of it, I decided we shouldn't eat there, but that's just me. All this aside, the tap of the Peche Mortel seemed unclean, and the bartender was pretty cold. Their cask ale was fantastic, though.

We thoroughly enjoyed the beers at Diew du Ciel. They make a wide variety and offer some guest handles. There is a beer for every taste and preference. Service is fast and efficient, and the staff does a good job explaining the various brews.

Hit this place up for the first time on their 21st bday bash. Very packed as expected. Awesome beer, friendly staff, reasonable prices, great beer quality, overall an awesome experience. Happy Bday, wishing you many more!

They had a good selection of beers but none we're outstanding or worth mentioning or returning to taste. The place was busy and loud inside and it was difficult to keep a conversation. Service was very good. We also ordered the nachos, which was excellent, and their Armenian pie which was so-so. Overall good but nothing special.

Brewery and pub that is open late and has outdoor seating when the weather is nice. The server working the outdoor patio was very knowledgeable and helpful with the beer and food menu. The food was good and came out quickly. I will definitely be going back!

I had a friend in town visiting that likes beer so obviously, I had to take her to one of the OG spots. DDC is a classic and I've been here many times. We dropped in on a late Monday evening and the place was packed! I shouldn't have been surprised but almost all the tables were full and it was 10:00pm.Cool that you can see what's in development and what's almost ready to drink. The beers available is up on the walls. One in the front and another in the back.

It's a beer place, that's for sure! My wife and I stopped in on a rainy evening after dinner at a different spot. We each had a beer, they were tasty, but not remarkable. I did like the huge chalk menus letting you know what was on tap, that was cool. It was pretty crowded, which makes our average service even more impressive! It wasn't too expensive and the beer was fine. i don't think is would be worth coming to if you weren't already in the area, though. As for being the best beer spot in the city, I expect that's true.

My favourite was the raspberry sour wheat (#6) while my friend enjoyed the Belgian hibiscus wheat (#7). We also tried the imperial coffee stout (#17), lime and juniper berry white beer (#14) and cocoa & vanilla stout (#5).

Beer was pretty solid. Would never order food here. We sat (midday) at the bar for a couple rounds and watched the staff prepare food for unsuspecting victims. They wipe everything down with 1 rag (no sanitizer) and the staff eats where they prep. Not a single person wore gloves or washed their hands the entire time we were there. Nice atmosphere though.

More than good. This place offers a changing menu with excellent options. After 6 the ambience gets really cool, yet it is hard to find a place, you must wait a little bit. Don't hesitate to ask for the waiter's favorite beers, they won't miss the perfect one for you.
