Their customer service is not good. I went their first i order regular buble tea but girl who was taking order didn’t understand what i was ordering, after trying 3-4 times , she understand and they took 20 mints for my order. And 2 guys was laughing at me .

It says it's open until 9:00 and I pass by way before 9:00 and it's closed. Update your TIME. Very disappointed

Absolutely wretched.Do not order from them.The tapioca pearls are burnt and shriveled, I ordered 2 different teas, and received both the same kind.. The extra tapioca pearls were went to me in portable cups instead of being added to the drink.Whoever is running this franchise needs to spend a little bit of time doing some research and visiting other boba shops to get a better grasp on the concept.
