2024 EDIT: This was the last Buffalo Bills Wings in Montreal that wasn't terrible, but now it's pretty bad too. They do not make anything properly and the weird guy that hovers around near the front door makes me nervous. Very weird vibes here, Buffalo Bills is officially dead.

Got Delivery on Sunday the wings were cold and fries, onion rings and mushroom balls were so black and oily that it smelled my house. It looks like the oil has never been changed..

At this restaurant I've had several issues that were extremely upsetting. They've messed up with me a total of 3 times majorily. So the first time they didn't cook my chicken thoroughly it was still bloody in the inside so they told me on the phone that I can either come to the restaurant when I ordered delivery btw to have a new order or they will give me a credit of $10 off the next order. I took the credit due to the fact of me not having a vehicle and it being late at night Unsatisfied. The second time I ordered they completely got my order completely wrong, They gave me sweet potato fries when I ordered the regular mixed in the bbq sauce That I did not order I ordered suicide sauce. The wings tasted like they have not been cleaned they smelt like blood and raw chicken but they were cooked the least I can say. I made sure to tell them once again on the phone letting them know my order has been completely botched and this is the second time there's an issue and that I'm also pregnant having cravings. they told me my next time I called my order will be completely free and on them and they will be sure not to do that again. I call And they claim I do not have a free order But I have a credit of $10, I'm pregnant during all of this by the way Out of 2 of the 3 times I showed up to the restaurant. I asked them to replace my order the third time they showed app to my apartment to give me my drink but was not able to give me a new order. I would not recommend this restaurant for anybody I don't know what happened to this restaurant it used to be very good, But it has went through a complete fall this whole year.

Pathetic service workers don’t know how to speak & understand English or french I visited so many times one worker literally fight with me last time for nothing if they can’t respect their customers they shd not run the business or atleast owner shd hire some educated & respectable workers 0 stars they really

I do not know what happened but after when the restaurant was closed down for renovations earlier this year, it really has not been the same :(You guys had the BEST wings, extra crispy and the crudite was always so fresh and cut so perfectly before.Now the crudite tastes like they sit in water too long and the wings are not as crispy anymore.To order on Doordash , also a mess/needs updating. You only provide two sauce options for the wings… at an additional cost? Disappointed :(

Forgot 10 wings of a 30 wings order.Called to advice about the error, reinsured me they'll put a note to my name. On the next order, phone operator says has nothing under my name and tells me to call elsewhere.If you want wings, I'd suggest to drive a bit more and go to Costco.

This restaurant it’s a scam! I ordered online and the store never received the order. The guy spoke with “the central” but it’s his colleagues that is scamming with him. I never got refunded and the lady would not pick up the phone once she knew I was about to ask my refund!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!

Kid-friendliness: Not friendly at all. If you can’t manage a store, close it.

It was bad lady time we were there. Now new owners. Lots of variety of food. It's like 4 restaurants in 1. And the wings are great. We'll be back for their other food soon.My only complaint is that wings are very expensive.

Went to order a pizza for take-out and the guy was super mad for some reason(not at me).The other cook told him to calm down.He dropped something and went crazy.

I ordered the diner menu and the chicken wings was very dry and smelly ? obviously very old ones...that's my last time
