Worst customer service ever! I walked in to order a takeout. I clearly mentioned that to the server who greeted me. As I was going through the menu, the manager approached me with “hi can I help you?” I told him what I was doing and his reply was “we’re currently not taking takeout orders” and grabbed the menu from my hands. No apology no nothing. Yikes ! What a rude unprofessional guy ! 🤮🤮🤮

The issue wasn’t about whether you “frequently offer takeout.” It was about how I was treated. I walked in, clearly asked the server for takeout, and was handed a menu—no confusion there. Then your manager swoops in, acts like I’m doing something wrong, tells me only then that you’re not taking takeout orders, and snatches the menu from my hands. No explanation, no apology—just pure condescension.
It was baffling and humiliating. How does a place decide mid-conversation that takeout isn’t allowed? And why treat a customer like they’re an inconvenience for simply following what your own staff told them?
Your wooden reply doesn’t even acknowledge the arrogance or the contradiction here. It’s not about “hoping I give you another chance”—you had your chance, and your manager blew it with a display of unprofessionalism I won’t forget.
I’ll never step foot in your rude establishment ever again, and I’ll be steering my clients and colleagues far away from it too.

I like going to burger bar crescent to order their buffalo chicken Mac and cheese. It’s so cheesy and delicious! And it’s so good! I always order that every time! And i definitely recommend this dish to anyone! They have the BEST Mac and cheese ever!

Nicely located with a good view of you have the choice of the balcony. The food was good, no complaints. If staff serves more guests the service gets a bit slower.

Always my favourite burger place to stop; the bison burgers are to die for! Such a cozy vibe and excellent service. Some nights can get super busy so I recommend calling ahead to ask if there's any tables available.

The best burger i have had was here. I have never been able to find a burger as the serve here anywhere else.

Horrible horrible service. Waited there for over 40 minutes after placing my order, sitting there watching people around me getting their food before me even though i placed the order before they came. Not only that, when i asked server about it, she just told me that i forgot to put the order. Horrible experience

Despite having a reservation, we were shown and left there to a table on the second floor that was cramped between two other occupied tables. It was clearly impossible to pull out the chairs and sit down. We bailed! Luckily a table at the entrance freed up. The burgers were decent, nothing more.
