The service (which was fast btw) was freaking amazing, like the guy was super sweet and respectful, we ordered a hamburger with cheese (the toppings are free) and ribs. It was super delicious and you can even choose how you cook your meat for the burger. I would definitely come back! I find the place a bit empty for such a wonderful restaurant. *chief kiss*

In addition, the establishment stands out for its two (2) decorations for the years 2022 and 2023 for the best restaurant.

For those who are allergic, the restaurant uses peanut oil.

Great burgers. They easily agreed to use my own gluten-free burger buns :)

The burgers are the best, with lots of choices and toppings. Real home fries too.

If not the first burger in Montréal, but the best burger ?
Ask for caramelized onion, pickles, tomato, mushrooms, lettuce, and spicy mayo. You will never regret your choice. Their always fresh meet is making me want a burger there.

Vegetarian options: They have a few vegi items like portobello burger.

Dietary restrictions: You may have your burger in kale leaves and choose the ingredients in it by yourself. I enjoyed it when I ordered without buns.

Nowadays, it is increasingly rare to go to a restaurant and feel that the cost of the meal is proportional to the quality and quantity of the product.

While most restaurants in this area opt for rustic-chic decor, Burger de Ville stands out with its dining room that has probably never changed since 2006. It's almost radical in 2024 to have beige tables and a whitish tile floor. Basically, this frank decoration invites customers to focus on the essentials of a restaurant, and to return to a simpler time; before the fake tungsten bulbs and the water jugs that it's just a big bottle with the plastic cap that doesn't fit well.

Returning to this era of dining, it therefore becomes essential to offer good food at a good price, which Burger de Ville executes to perfection. For around $15 (before taxes), I received a huge all-dressed burger with bacon and cheese that was oozing fat. We could also choose how the burger was cooked and what to put in it. It was delicious. Sometimes you just need a big, fatty burger to be satisfied. I barely managed to take a bite because the burger was so big. Towards the end of my meal, the burger was barely holding together, my hands were oily, a growing puddle of grease was occupying my plate, and I was happy. I would still have liked a trio option because it was a bit expensive to add fries.

The wait time was very short, even though we went on a Friday evening, and the service was impeccable. Hat!

Best hamburgers in Montreal. Quality, cooking of the burgers is excellent. Their poutines are very good too, like the steaks.
To try.

I have ordered from here for many years, but I feel the quality is falling. Ordered chilli and it was more expensive, half the amount, and runny and watery. The porto poutine barely had any sauce, fries were not tasty. Very disappointing. Burgers are usually good and the go to option.

Burgers are cheap and you can taste the grill which for a burger is a good thing. Great for a fast lunch but not good place to sit and hangout
