This woman came in with 2 bags, started unpacking one and a foul smell of laundry detergent came out.It really spoiled my whopper trio.In top of it she's hadn't ordered anything.Just played in her phone, spoiled my meal and she left.

Ashamed.

Unnoticeable atmosphere, I was not there.

I placed an order at 4:30 p.m. for delivery at 7:00 p.m.
- 2 Sprites that had no taste. It seems like they replaced it with Bubly (and even then there was really no taste).
- 1 “Halloween Whopper” which was not the right one and which “transformed” into a cheese Whopper.
- 2 Coca Cherry which does not taste like cola but which tastes like dishwashing detergent. So disgusting that I have the impression that they are trying to poison us.
- 1 Cheeseburger (ordered WITHOUT mustard) which ended up WITH mustard. Nice for those who are allergic.
- Pasty fries like never before, left too long in the rack.
- Dry mozza sticks, left too long in the heating pans.
- Non-existent sauces even though they are on order.
- Ghost napkins too, as if it's still Halloween at their house (yes, I'm stupid, they still have the Halloween Whoppers that they don't sell).

I worked for 3 years at BK in France, a mistake (errors rather) like that would have gotten me fired on the spot. This is unacceptable. We pay too much for products that ultimately aren't the right ones.
The only supplement I had thanks to this BK (and I would like to point out that it is this one and not another) is good indigestion.

Unable to follow orders. Something is missing ALL THE TIME. The sauces included with the bites/snack boxes are missing EVERY TIME, even when you pay extra for them. Last time I ordered 3 slippers, I only got 2. Today no treats in the order even though I ordered 2. Obviously the platforms do not reimburse 100%. The only positive point is that the orders are prepared quickly, but they are always full of errors ??‍♀️

The impossible Whooper is still my favourite meat-free burger in Montreal so far. The grilling flavour makes a different. All BK branches and fast food restaurants in general should work more on the cleanliness of the tables, the floors and eating area in general

I value customer service a lot, not just the quality of the food. Last time I ate here, the service was friendly, courteous and accommodating. The food is good as expected from a BK. There's always coupons for BK too. Can never go wrong with a Whopper ?

Second Uber order and items are missing each time
I also worked in fast food, it’s not complicated to respect an order, how can they neglect them to this extent?
I've seen lots of comments like this so it happens often, it's not just a small oversight
It's just a big lack of professionalism, they don't take orders seriously
It’s simply making customers lose money without any qualms.
