I don’t even know where to begin honestly. There were so many wrong things here that should not even be ignored.
First of all it was quite dirty with crumbs on seats and tables across the restaurant and the cleaners seemed to only pick up trays and barely wiped any stains/crumbs off.
Second of all, the workers were insanely rude towards me and my friends. For example, we went there at around 3pm 09/1/2025 and we decided to order at the cashier but there was no cashier. When we tried to ask for one, we encountered a very rude old lady who seemed to be ticked off simply by our presence. She constantly showed attitude as in she was in a hurry or something. She even refused to give some of my friends their receipts even though there was clearly a mistake because they were the exact same. We repeatedly tried to ask for assistance in a calm manner, seeking no trouble, yet she showed us such attitude you never thought you would be faced with when it’s literally YOUR JOB!? She even threatened to call the cops on us and got mad when we were talking to each other about the situation.
As if this wasn’t enough, they even served us our orders as if they were doing their job with their eyes closed. My friends were both served onions rings in a mozzarella FRIES snack box and one of them was even missing an entire BURGER! Yet we kept our composure unlike the rude and incompetent workers we were faced with and decided to leave without a fuss.
Overall TERRIBLE experience, I reallyyyyyyy don’t suggest coming here. It was pretty dirty and had incredibly useless workers (the ones we saw). I would put this a 0/10 if I could.

I am sure how to start this but when I went with my group of friends and it was dirty there was crumbs everywhere and also some food laying around. I honestly hope the cleaners were a bit better at their job. Then we go to the service there was two old ladies that didn’t want to make things right with my friends we just wanted to change the receipts because they got the wrong one but they wouldn’t want to cooperate with us threatening to call the cops for us trying to stand up for our self’s trying to make things right. The cashiers were rude and wasn’t there for two minutes and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Over all they were all mean for us trying to stand up for ourselves. The food was fine but they fries were over salted not controlling the amount they put adding to much witch might be a wealth hazard, I ordered a offer for two small burgers, small fries, fountain drink I also bought a mozzarella fries box and bacon cheese burger . When I got the food I had onion rings in my mixed box also I didnt receive one of my burgers i don’t know if they read my order wrong. but over all 2/10 experience I wouldn’t recommend this place if you were planning to come here with bad customer service and bad environments.

Only option late at night there, one guy running the show from the drive-thru booth. Very kind and friendly! Made the place feel safer despite a slightly sketchy crowd hanging out in the parking

Front door had a broken dangling handle. Severely understaffed, only two people working. Order sat at the prep station for 10 minutes before it was put in a takeout bag and it was clear there was zero urgency. Sandwich was too oily and frail, and oil seeped through the plastic wrap.

Ordered a simple meal with milkshake. When I didn't get my order and asked they completely forgot about it. Waited for no reason and milkshake wasn't even full. Not coming back, no apologies.

2nd close the door on time during the night like this nobody will think you guys are open.
