The impossible Whooper is still my favourite meat-free burger in Montreal so far. The grilling flavour makes a different. All BK branches and fast food restaurants in general should work more on the cleanliness of the tables, the floors and eating area in general
I value customer service a lot, not just the quality of the food. Last time I ate here, the service was friendly, courteous and accommodating. The food is good as expected from a BK. There's always coupons for BK too. Can never go wrong with a Whopper ?
On the evening I visited, both the drive thru and restaurant were quite busy. I ordered at a self-serve kiosk inside the restaurant.
I had to wait 35 minutes for my order! The server said it was because it was very busy and I ordered something other than a Whopper. However, other people waited almost as long as me.
They didn't even apologize to the customers for taking so long.
