i had a ton of coupons in the mail for an ACTUAL good deal. rating it a bit lower, because i tried going 3 times and all 3 times, despite the google maps hours saying it was open, i found the door locked with staff still inside and lights still on. this was all before 10pm, when they should have been open. once was because of maintenance, but the other times im not too sure, just a locked door. when i finally managed to get in, ordering was easy and the coupons were worth the money. theres a corner in the restaurant where a lot of people come and go from, so maybe dont sit there. food was tasty, coupons were worth it

We eat on the restaurant today and it was extremely filthy, while we were eating one employee was taking the trash out and the smell was awful, like garbage not been picked for days, decomposing. not sanitary at all, he put the trash on the floor and it left a puddle that was not cleaned and a piece of food that we supposed was root meet.

I’ve had several negative experiences at this specific Burger King location, which led me to stop going there and start visiting a different one.
On one occasion, I ordered a vegetarian BK sandwich, and it came with bacon — something that completely goes against the idea of a vegetarian meal. On another visit, I ordered the BK Veg, and without any notice or question, they replaced it with the Impossible burger without my consent. This has happened more than once, showing a clear lack of attention to customers and dietary restrictions. If a substitution is necessary, the least they can do is ask the customer first.
Terrible experience. I do not recommend this location.

It’s always nice to get at least one onion ring with your fries! Aside from my whopper with bacon and cheese that was missing bacon and cheese and had to be remade, the store was relatively clean and efficient.
