This was my first time at BK in like 20 years. I won't lie: I ordered fries and they were pretty good. I also ordered these chicken nugget thingies and for 2.99 or 3.99 they were pretty good. The staff don't understand English or French. It's really odd. I've asked for a burger with 2 pieces of cheese and have never gotten it. If I go to the counter they are only prepared to enter in a combo 1 or 2 or 3 etc. But if you try to get something they aren't used to ordering its chaos.

I am giving this establishment one star because I cannot give zero stars. The staff was incompetent. I went to this BK party last Saturday after my colleagues warned me about the poor quality of service.
The girl at the counter was on her phone and only took my order when she noticed I was there. I received a cold burger, and when I pointed it out to her, she started chatting with me. I ended up throwing the burger into the overflowing trash cans, which no one bothered to empty because the staff were too busy on their phones.
I have sent a complaint to the food safety department about this. A tip for the owner: the location is ideal, but improving the staff or their training could increase your sales, especially since there is no other Burger King nearby.
Filled with itinerant people, the food hall is supposed to be only for customers who order. Need a security guard constantly at the entrance. + have motivated employees, orders take a long time even though there is no one in the restaurant apart from itinerants. To be recovered by a real manager, possibility of making a x10 in annual turnover.

Like every other fast food restaurant in this city, the lobby is filthy, the employees are rude and loud, half the seats are taken by people who didn't buy anything and I was accosted by panhandlers while trying to eat. Also, I forgot how dry and gross Woppers are.

What a disappointment. The service was very slow. 20 minute wait to order! Everyone was impatient in line. Some have left. The employees looked confused. Difficulty understanding and speaking French. There was a homeless person who was sleeping, he took two tables. An employee tried to chase him away, without success. Even the two security guards didn't take it out. He got up at one point and left. Already there is no place to eat. The food was cold. During my next visit to the Palais des congrès, I will certainly dine elsewhere. Avoid!!!
