The only individual who is nice to interact with is a younger gentleman with glasses who usually works cashier. The rest of the staff are incredibly rude, do not even bother to be pleasant and should be retrained in customer service etiquette.

Complete TRASH.. walked in the place smelt like a sour mop. Flies flying around and the cashier was standing in front the onion rings scooping fries out into the other side.. I looked at him and turned back around. Disgusting atmosphere

Raw chicken was served to me on Friday November 1, 2024. A complaint was made to the head office and MAPAQ. The first few bites seemed normal to me until there was a change in texture. It was at this moment that I realized the blatant lack of cooking. This is not the first time that this situation has happened in this restaurant (see articles on Google)

Very dirty restaurant, unfortunately. There was not the item we wanted (fondant whoppers). The chicken fingers were bland. But the rest was fine. The people who served us were courteous.

What a shame, always rude staff, but today a girl was on her phone in front of the client while the client was trying to get her attention. Washrooms are ALWAYS dirty. The girl made me buy something I didn’t want and we had to have an argument. The drink area is also never clean

The service is fast at this Burger King and no errors in orders. Too bad there are no ordering terminals, like at McDonald's. Parking is difficult to find in this area of town. Lots of people at lunchtime, probably because of the nearby university.
