Manpreet was an excellent listener and genuinely seemed to care about the situation that I was recounting. She made it right.
Angel was very personable and took the time to make my Whopper personally after we discussed a prior experience.
Thank you to these two exceptional managers who despite the more-typical-than-not-whatever-attitude; they shined instead!

Food was good fresh,but the location could use more cleaning and the staff to be a bit more inviting when talking to customers. I get it, ive been working in the food industry for 10+ years working with the public like this can definitely have bad days, but don't have your customers feel like they're bothering you. We need more burger kings though ,I love burger King.

The food had a weird taste. The machine for the drinks was dirty and like other restaurants there were too much homless...and the music is awful and TOO loud!

I ordered a burger to go with the Burger King app and the clerk misheard my order and said my order is not unavailable. I showed them I already paid for the app and they took my money so I hope I get the burger. They insisted it's not available. Finally, I think it was a manager who came to serve me and I showed them the app and the order I paid and it was right at the counter. The manager explained the clerk misheard my order number. I said I showed the clerk my order but he didn't bother looking at it.... Either way, it all ended well because the manager apologized and upped my sandwich order into a trio free of charge and was very nice about it. Overall, I would say this is a good restaurant and I would definitely come again and recommend to friends =)

Five all day. Service always fast. Great place to sit down for a minute. Good menu. Employées do their job perfectly. Never and drama, despite being in a crazy busy area. Had to give them their props. They’re doing something right, compared to most McDonalds.
The only individual who is nice to interact with is a younger gentleman with glasses who usually works cashier. The rest of the staff are incredibly rude, do not even bother to be pleasant and should be retrained in customer service etiquette.

Complete TRASH.. walked in the place smelt like a sour mop. Flies flying around and the cashier was standing in front the onion rings scooping fries out into the other side.. I looked at him and turned back around. Disgusting atmosphere

Raw chicken was served to me on Friday November 1, 2024. A complaint was made to the head office and MAPAQ. The first few bites seemed normal to me until there was a change in texture. It was at this moment that I realized the blatant lack of cooking. This is not the first time that this situation has happened in this restaurant (see articles on Google)
