Hello, how many times have I come here, I order and I always either my orders are incomplete or my orders are wrong and the two female staff standing inside say you are lying and the cypris are always missing, it’s the first time I’ve seen such a place and they insult customers, I’ve never seen such nonsense and I won’t buy anything here again, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here

They didn't make our order right!!!!! Never answer calls!!!! Missing order and made our burgers wrong! We just found out when we got home!!! Please

So much better than the other American Burger chains. Fresh tomato and crispy iceberg lettuce. The bun is so soft, it disks up the incredible juices from the burger!

This is an update following the owner’s reply to my original post submitted on September 2 (see below). I have also changed my rating for Service from 3 stars to 2 stars… for the hassle of not getting the issue resolved to date (September 7) and having to ask for a proper link a second time.

The link you provided for further assistance does not apply to me as I live in Montreal, Canada where an employee at the cash neglected to give me the chocolate pie dessert (CA$2.32) after I paid her in cash, even though she handed me the change for CAD$3.00!! As I had explained in my original post, I cannot possibly provide a 5-digit zip code, only a postal code and, thus, I I was not able to be transferred to a live agent by a BOT in order to provide further information + a screenshot of the receipt to a live agent!!

Please note that I don’t have a car and rely on public transportation which would have taken me almost 30 minutes by bus, had I attempted to go back to retrieve a dessert for $2 + tax. It is the principle of having to pay for something that I did not even get to eat and enjoy! I am surprised that a manager who seemed to be inside the restaurant at the time, did not notice an unclaimed dessert probably sitting in the corner of the counter, obviously, out of sight for me to see before I sat down to eat my trio Junior Whopper!!

Visited this Burger King twice food was good and service was above and beyond even though I visited late at night both times but Yasmine was super friendly and professional.
Will absolutely be going back.

Service is.horrible, placed an order through the app... took me 10 minutes to get to the restaurant, took them 10 minutes from the time I got there to give me the food, I was in a hurry so I did not check.. when I got home, one softdrink and one whopper was missing.... pls check before you leave

I walked in and the staff at the back just stared. I stood there for about 3-4 minutes. No one served me, so I left.

I did an uber order from them I ordered 5 sauces and they didn’t put a single one in and I specifically asked for no cheese and they added extra cheese

I went to eat and it was very delicious, hot and really well done. The staff was super nice and i’m definitely coming back with my friends!!!! The best place to eat in that area and such a chill place overall. Congrats for the great service!!!!!
