CACAO 70 MARCHÉ CENTRAL (Comptoir sucré)

We had an extremely disappointing experience during our visit. We went as a family hoping for a fun outing, but left in a terrible mood. There was only one employee working, which already slowed things down, but his attitude made it even worse. We initially ordered one dessert, and while we were eating, we decided to order another. As the employee was stepping out, we requested the second dessert, but he left anyway and returned 15 minutes later. The dessert he eventually made looked nothing like the picture—please make sure to compare what he made with the actual picture of the dessert. It was almost like something cheaply ordered online. To top it off, the pizza sandwich was so oily that it covered everything, including our hands and the table. What was supposed to be a stress-relieving night ended up increasing our stress. Truly one of the worst experiences we’ve had.

I'm a delivery guy and I didn't get the respect that I get in all the other restaurants. Long wait because they didn't set the timer. When I kindly mention it, the lady talks to me badly and says that by bike I will surely knock everything over... I am surprised because my rating on Uber is between 98 and 100% satisfaction. The order arrived in perfect condition. On the other hand, 3.1 out of 5 and all the bad comments that match the experience I had... I'm not surprised.

I didn't try the cafe, but the space was empty at 12 pm on Saturday. The owner said it opens in the afternoon, although it shows 10 am as the opening time.

Do not come here.The menu is different from the Cacao70 on St.Catherine and Parc.Feels like a brand knock-off and there are many flies flying around in the restaurant.

1st employee arrived at 9:45. We had been waiting since 9:30 for the scheduled opening at 10am. Finally 10 arrives and we are told, we open at 11, I can't do anything for you. I should have trusted the bad reviews...
