Beautiful dining experience at Cadet! The food and service were impeccable. We were served by Zoe (for the second time) and she is amazing with very kind, patient, and informative service. All of the staff had great demeanours despite the dining room being very busy.
10/10 cocktails, wine list, food (the seafood dishes are mental, and always get whatever's on special), and dessert

Food and service was on par for Michelin bib.
Some details:
- miso sauce on the black cod overpowered the fish which was itself perfectly cooked,
- focaccia was excellent but the sauce was weirdly paired and like a Piri piri flavour,
- croquettes were tender/no filler 👍
