the matcha latte with tiramisu and the one with banane are 10/10. Definitely amongst the best matcha in Montreal hands down

Good food, good coffee, good service, nice ambiance! Had their mortadella sandwich, the pistachio, mortadella and prosciutto arancini, and an iced latte on their little terrasse. Everything was amazing!

Second time ordering these sandwiches and I can say they are in my top favorite sandwiches in North America. The Porchetta one is incredible and worth every penny, every bite was delicious. Bread is fresh, meat is tasty, perfect amount of everything and generous size! Highly recommend this place

Café Americano on Mont-Royal is a gem! Their coffee always hits the spot, and the chicken parm sandwich? Absolute perfection. I’m still dreaming about their focaccia bread: please bring it back, it completes the experience!!! The vibe is cozy, the staff are super friendly, and every visit feels like a little happy escape. Definitely one of my favorite spots in the city!

Sandwiches are huge and delicious, drinks were good. Will be coming back to try other sandwiches and to enjoy the terrasse. I would recommend the spicy sausage sandwich out of the two we tried (charcuterie).
Coffees were nice but it took 15mins to get them while not a massive amount of people - nice place, staff were alright :)
Delicious sandwich and great vibe! Can't wait to go back
The cold cut sandwich made my sandwich dreams come true.

Been here for coffee multiple times and it's always been nice (iced americano, flat white with oat milk) and also recently tried a cheesecake (blueberry) all very nice ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Cannot recommend the arancini (prosciutto) or hot sandwich (chicken parm) at all which is why this gets a three star overall. There is no flavour. The chicken was dry and overcooked. The sauce was bland. Both were unevenly warmed (microwaved?) and it was a very disappointing lunch in terms of taste, temperature and texture. Highlight was the bread used for the sandwich.
Will stick to the coffee and cheesecake options going forward.
I’m normally not a big fan of eating sandwiches when I eat out, preferring to eat at restaurants with more “interesting” cuisines. However, my daughter wanted to eat At Café Americano, and when I saw the sandwiches people were eating, I said OK!
What a sandwich! I am still thinking about it! We shared the large Caprese, savouring the mozzarella, pesto, and tomato. Delicious!
We could have stopped there, but we also shared a delicious mushroom arancini. The mushroom flavour shone. We asked for the tomato sauce on the side, but they put it on top and if you are ordering it, I would suggest you ask for it on the side (to fully appreciate the mushroom element).
Unfortunately, we were too full to order a dessert, but the display of desserts was tempting- the key lime pie caught my eye.
Service was good. The person who took our order shared that it is a family run business which is nice.
The café is large and sunny with cheerful floral displays on the walls.
Nice spot. Good staff
I've had some very mid vegetarian sandwiches but this one is NOT one of them! So flavorful! Just a fun mix of textures with the crunch of the zucchini and the creaminess of the cheese. It's also nice to have the small sandwich option if you're not too hungry and the possibility to add two extras from a selection for free to your sandwich! I'll definitely be back!
A lady working behind the counter who served me my coffee and breakfast was coughing her lungs out! The coughs were very awful and sounded like she has a serious flue or cold. If you are this sick you shouldn't be serving people food.
