Pastries were really dry and the coffee wasn’t good it just tasted like water… also there’s not much space and the customer service was rushed

??Pure racisme in this place ! Manager needs to quit ! As u can see in the pictures people are getting served , there’re people sitting there and on Google maps , on the bord there it’s written that it closes at 20h , I’m wearing the hijab and the man literally told me it’s closed when people are in there sitting , I believed and kindly said it’s okay and went out but I got back when I saw people still sitting there , I asked nicely the other guy if they are closed and he said they closes at 7:30 ( it was 6:30) ! But his manager literally said no the bored was there since a long time ago , and he said we close at 7 30 and we only serve coffees and teas , I was like I came to study if u want me to pay you without serving me it’s okay , he was like I don’t wanna be rude ??! Like whattt!!! Bro I wasn’t rude I was speaking nicely ( prouve I have a phobia from high tones ) like imagine ! This is pure racisme the other young guy was super nice but I think it’s time to change the manager in this coffee, he said we close at 7:30 he refused me at 6:30 and got me out at 6:50 and now I’m in front of the coffee at 7:03 people got in and got served nicely ?is it because I wear hijab ? Probably yes !

We visited this cafe in January 2024. The weather was very cold and the cafe was cozy and warm. The owner was very attentive and nice man. We came back here again in October with warm memories of a huge cake in January, and are happy to visit again. Really cozy cafe in the center of Montreal, with delicious coffee, cake and croissant. Will definitely come back again, your guests from Calgary, Germany and Ukraine ☺️

Very rude older man (Italian, with white hair on the side of the head), never comming back because of this, the food is ok, the price is too high, liked the atmosphere but lacks outlets for students and professionnels.

Super cute little cafe, with a great view and nice lighting. Food and drinks are always on point, and it’s calm enough to study but also great for a conversation with friends. Very well located! I recommend when in downtown.

i just went to order a sandwich, it took like 10 minutes to get attention from the barista bc he was flirting with a group of teenagers. not only was the sandwich expensive af but THE BARISTA GOT MY ORDER WRONG. i walked 30 min bc everything nearby was closed or expensive only to get a cold salmon sandwich that i didn’t even order??. Pls al dueño dígale al barista que no ande coqueteando con clientes?

Came here to study with a friend (coco), we got food and drinks. We were expecting to get on the wifi to study! The password given at the register was not working and after multiple tries we chose to ask help from an employee who proceeded to yell at us, stating ‘it couldn’t be any clearer’, so rude:(
I’ll say this; the wifi sign could have been much clearer, yet his help could not have been any ruder. Big Boo to this place ??

Got a cafe mocha and a pain au chocolat. Was really delicious. Good place to study. No outlets however to charge electronics.

Although the atmosphere was very good, the quality of coffee was horrible!
We got a latte and a Mocha, they barely had coffee taste in it, it was like we were having hot milk and milk chocolate! So disappointed! Never go again

Only teas and coffees are available because, I quote, the café closes (it was 6:30 p.m. and the timetable says 8 p.m.). I will unfortunately not return, although the interior is very pretty
