We were just there for the ambiance and a cocktail - both were superb. My friend has decided Americanos are her new favourite drink. We loved looking at the celebrity photos and I recognized someone I had worked with “in the day”. And what a great photo of René Lévesque!
I recently went to Café Cherrier with one of my good friends, and it turned out to be one of those meals you remember long after. Nestled in the Plateau, the place has that effortlessly elegant French vibe—cozy inside, with a terrace that’s perfect for people-watching. We shared a bottle of wine from their excellent selection (French, of course), and every dish we tried felt like a little trip to Paris. The onion soup was rich and comforting, and the steak tartare was spot-on....
We had a good experience, the staff is very kind and attentive, the food is pretty good and rational prices. I recommend it specially if having a bit of time to wait for your meals, but willing to enjoy.
