Café Dépôt Place Dupuis

Says open still 3pm but just walked in at 1:40 and she told me all she had was filtered coffee and was closed. Lol nice

The white lady behind the counter look very unfriendly. I spoke French to her and she switched to English immediately without smiling , which came across as impatient to me. I speak French to other people and they have no problem understanding me. Hope the service improve because I like the coffee and the rest of the staff, especially the black lady who is so nice.

The coffee is good and of good quality. However, I am disappointed with the welcome of the girl waitresses because they are very poorly polite and a godsend. I have my coffee every morning instead since I am at the CVM. However, especially recently their behavior has been unbearable. The last one she practically shouted at me because I had said hello and as I didn't hear a response I said hello again I was surprised by the reaction of the waitress who practically yelled at me because according to her I didn't give her no time to respond. I was really shocked. I love their coffee and the menus. The men who serve are very welcoming and that's why I prefer to go to the café depot at the bottom one.

The waitresses are not at all welcoming, especially the one who served the day of June 6, 2024 at around noon. This is not the first time that this has happened.

Was exhausted after traveling so I came here to sit down and relax for a few hours, I had a really delicious piece of maple cake. Lots of plush comfortable seating, huge variety of drinks, pastries, and sandwiches. A really great place to come and relax! Service was friendly as well. I will definitely return here when looking for a nice quiet and cozy cafe.

Food and coffee was pretty much airport level but I got served by a guy in his 40s or 50s around 11:30 who was really good vibes. This guy needs a raise. I would come back just because of him.

Bad service I ordered an iced caramel latte, the waitress didn't even put a pump in the bottle she just poured a quantity into my glass, when I told her it was too sweet she was angry, she gave me lots of attitudes to the point that I had to tell her to reimburse me and that I was sorry for having bothered her, she didn't even make the reimbursement it's a girl who works with her, as rude as her who made the refund by pushing the bill on the counter, very bad service very bad experience

The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the various drinks on offer.Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area. The new owner has done a fantastic job of creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere, and I can't wait to visit again in the future.

Really great tasting lattes, out of all the coffee spots in the area, I always find myself going here most because the service and quality is the best.
