But what a disservice!
We waited at least 5 minutes to be served (we were the only customers). The employees didn't even look at us. When we were served, the lady seemed disturbed by our presence. Limitless lack of respect when she answered our questions in a cold manner.
We ordered 2 specialty coffees and a muffin.. I had to throw out the muffin since it was dry and flavorless.

In addition *Student* there is no electrical outlet to sit down and do your work.

Had a pleasant experience here. Very nice staff, and fresh food. Plenty of seating and very clean. Note that accessibility may be an issue as it is located down a flight of stairs (and a narrow escalator up) and did not see an elevator.

I usually don't write much reviews overall, however I do consider important to state that the staff is mean and super rude! never had an experience like this before.I really needed to take an urgent meeting, even purchased a beverage, and they didn't want to share wi-fi... They also yell at you, very unpleasant, being this my first visit in Montreal and this being my first impression, I was completely devastated
