Nothing to say about the quality of the products, but the behavior of the manager is unacceptable, inappropriate remarks, risky prices... The prices of the food offerings are not displayed, so he freely charges whoever he wants for what he wants . The customer before me pays 3 coins for an item that I am charged $3.50 for. They don't give me my receipt, to hide the fraud. It's just shameful. Given the number of comments which confirm this, it would be time to take appropriate measures, otherwise, it is clearly condoning this lack of respect for customers!

Similar experience to those below. Being judged on my order and appearance is unacceptable. Also the manager does not give receipts and the same order has a different price each time.

The staff and manager are always friendly even when there's a lineup, and they're quite efficient as well. Patient when you need time to decide, or they will guide you to the right choice if you're really not sure what you'd like, which is great for me. I don't normally stay to enjoy my coffee but I do like the atmosphere of the place and it's always clean. I haven't tried any of their pastries or other food but it all looks delicious! Maybe I'll update my review if ever I try something. Also love that I get a small discount when I bring my own reusable mug (I believe they sell reusable cups there too).Overall enjoyable and I will continue to pass by Café Dépôt on the days I am at the office.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~The staff and manager are always friendly, even when there is a queue, and they are also very efficient. I work in the area and used to go to that coffee shop routinely, until the weird and bad experiences multiplied! I told a colleague about it and told him "i think they don't like me", that's when i was told the same happens to everyone with that place! The reviews here only confirm it!As other reviews mention, the manager is the source of the problem. He treats his employees poorly and does the same with clients. From my experience, he is condescending, and won't take responsibility for order errors and will press the 2 baristas to fix it without apologizing for his mistake. If you can avoid it when you see him, do so, youll have a better day!

Café Depot is convenient and offers quality coffee, the staff is friendly with the exception of the supervisor. We always hope he's not there when we go to get our coffee because he makes us really uncomfortable. His impulsive, contemptuous and always suspicious attitude towards customers as if we were going to steal his cookies is tiring. For a while now we have changed cafes because we are no longer able to do so, it is too uncomfortable.

I’m working at TELUS so it’s simply normal for me to go get my coffee at the closest location which is this one. Plus I’m going pratically 3 out of 5 days a week at the office. The employees are great, fast and nice, but the manager is simply horrible... Not professionnal at all, the guy comments on the order of his clients, make some bad/wrong/unacceptable jokes on their looks (because I’ve changed my hair color) and even judge them on their orders (because I want my coffee decaf). Plus if he’s in charge of the cash, he’ll charge you more than the employees. My coffee normaly cost me 3.40$ but 4.05$ when he’s at the cash…. This coffee shop has so much potential but you can definitely feel the pressure and the bad energy of the manager who’s very superficial and talks poorly to his employees. If you’re looking for a great coffee shop near the area, I’d suggest you go to Presse Cafe in front, Tim Hortons on the other corner or Starbucks, at least there, you’ll never be judge on your appearance or your order…

Your employee told me to go get food at Jugo Juice but she would charge me here…the Jugo Juice employees thought I was crazy when I told them thatYou have lying and dishonest employees who are probably stealing from you (maybe she’s the owner)

Always excellent service from Kim & Miranda and several options are available to replace traditional milk, such as soy or coconut! Pastries and muffins offered as well as small healthy snacks (granola/protein bars).

Their croissants are not real croissants. It's crescent-shaped brioche bread, which is quite a disappointment when it costs $2+. However, the service from the two girls at the counter is very good.
