The staff and manager are always friendly even when there's a lineup, and they're quite efficient as well. Patient when you need time to decide, or they will guide you to the right choice if you're really not sure what you'd like, which is great for me. I don't normally stay to enjoy my coffee but I do like the atmosphere of the place and it's always clean. I haven't tried any of their pastries or other food but it all looks delicious! Maybe...
Always excellent service from Kim & Miranda and several options are available to replace traditional milk, such as soy or coconut! Pastries and muffins offered as well as small healthy snacks (granola/protein bars).
Their croissants are not real croissants. It's crescent-shaped brioche bread, which is quite a disappointment when it costs $2+. However, the service from the two girls at the counter is very good.
