The Diptyque x Café Holt experience was really underwhelming and looked nothing like the pictures. It's not worth it. The service was good, but the regular café is much better.

Always a great experience. Service is excellent. We got the same waiter the last few times and he never disappoints! Food and drinks were delicious!

Menu for the Dyptique Afternoon experience made no sense, I dont understand what is the correlation with their universe. The pastries were tiny and dry, nothing to do with the Dyptique Afternoon Tea at Holt Cate in Toronto. This felt like a cheap gimmick. The ceramics used are not for tea, theyre for cappuccinos. The “panna cotta” was more like a wine jello. Not good. The gift at the end of the experience was cheap too: free dyptique perfume samples is ridiculous and again: has nothing to do with the “Le Sapin” candle advertised for the event. Waiters did a good job, nothing to say about them

This is our go-to place for lunch. The decor is beautiful and the food and service are excellent.

We were greeted warmly and seated immediately, which started things on a good note. The pros: overall, we enjoyed our food and our cocktails. Both were well prepared and tasty. Cons: The experience fell short in other areas. The restaurant lacked ambience and decor, which made the atmosphere feel flat. The service lacked warmth and attentiveness. We had to flag down a server to get salt and pepper, and our soup arrived without spoons. We even had to ask twice for ice for our sparkling water. I had mentioned it was my cousin's birthday when booking, and we were asked again when seated if it was a special occasion. I mentioned again that it was my cousin's birthday. I thought they would bring her a dessert with a candle, but nothing was done. Why bother asking if it won't be recognised??? Unfortunately, we left feeling underwhelmed with an overall unmemorable experience. I wanted it to be a special meal for her, and I can't really say it was.

Marc offre toujours un excellent service, il est très gentil et attentionné. Quant à la nourriture, c'est tjrs délicieux!

Marc our waiter made our experience unforgettable, really excellent , attentive to our needs, we were celebrating a birthday, he got us a plate with macarons, fruits and a candle , I am really pleased with Cafe Holt and more specifically with Marc's service

It is a Lovely restaurant and the food was very good and service excellent. I was disappointed with the chicken which came with my Caesar's salad.

Forgotten my drink order,not very attentive service ,takes time to get the attention of the server

Excellent service from the time we arrived until we departed. Acknowledged the special occasion we were there to celebrate from the get go that made the person celebrating feel special. Food was great with generous portions.

Nice place to get together. Our waiter Dennis was sooooo nice, respectful, pleasant and just amazing. Don't lose him😊
