Lady that served me was barely paying attention. Eating her dinner while she was talking to customers. Super expensive for not great drinks or service. If your going to have 18% min tip option, make sure the servers are actually doing a half decent job. Would not recommend.

I came from south shore to this place and when I arrived there the waiter didn’t let us in and asked us to pay extra 50$ if we want to sit inside. Because there was a guy talking inside the restaurant and we told the waiter if we can sit outside and have our hookah she refused because she wanted us to pay even if we don’t wana listen to the guy . I was so disappointed.

Servis dans un verre un jus d’orange (verre fin), pas de glace pillée, non pétillant, 2citrons abîmés dans le verre, 3pauvres feuilles de menthes pas fraîches et brunes sur les bords. I posted this on their facebook page in 2015The worst hookah lounge Ive ever been too. I work near crescent therefore I usually go to Sharazade or Arabesque on Guy and Ive never had a bad experience. My cousin brought me to this place 2 weeks ago, it was cool at first however everything went left when a third waitress brought her drinks. My cousin already tipped our two first waiters she ordered from so she didnt feel like giving tipping the lady who we didnt even order from, she ordered from a guy who helped other customers and the lady brought us the drinks. The lady got mad because my cousin didnt tip and told her colleagues to not serve us. We had like 4 waiters in 2 hours it was ridiculous ! After a while, the hookah coal wasn't working so we asked the 2nd waiter for another one and he said "Im not serving you anymore"....I didnt understand because I bought nachos from him and gave him a tip, I think at this point he told the situation to a lady who was a leader or whatever and she told my cousin that they pay taxes (who doesnt smh), the tip is their salary blah blah blah. She was being rude and not trying to hear us out so I told her to bring me the owner or a manager and that I didnt feel like we needed to talk to her because the she was cooperating. Instead of bringing a manager, she brought us the Same lady who got mad at my cousin for not giving her any tips !! I told the lady (glasses,with a world tattoo on her back) that I didnt want to speak to her but to a manager and she had the audacity to say "c'est moi le gerant maintenant" meaning im the manager now. Shes supposed to be the manager but she said her pay was the tip and her colleague this and that.. (yeah right... manager my a**).She said we need to finish our drink and leave (yeah she said that). As we were leaving, we ran through the leader or support lady we initially asked for a manager and she was asking us if everything was ok... are you kidding ? At that point I was done and told her no nothing was okay and it was disrespectful from her to bring us that lady again after we've asked for a manager, she pretty much laughed at us, she said the manager was "busy" and had no idea her colleague would've lied she was the manager. We just left after that.This place is not worth it ! Sharazade has a lot of food (hookah lounge only has nachos) good music and even though their service could use some help (lose orders, not as fast sometime), I would spend my money there any day over this place. Theres also a place called Cafe arabesque on guy who served food,chicken,beef,drinks,nice tables and they take debit !! You're usually assigned to one waiter at those 2 places too which is great.Seriously dont waste your time there.
