Amazing food, goo portions, however, one of the servers denied having a bathroom to me when they actually have one, all after I politely asked where the bathroom was and then proceeded to make it seem as a joke. It doesn’t even make sense why they would do that to a customer.
Ultra disappointing food. No taste and dry. That said, the place was well decorated and the general atmosphere was pleasant. The waiter was friendly, even if at the end he wished us "a good visit to Montreal". Probably because of our foreign accent, but we've lived in the city for several years so it was a bit awkward. Enough to think that this restaurant mainly targets passing tourists and does not rely on locals to keep the place alive.

We showed up and it was closed despite what it says on google.
We take care of booking, we receive a confirmation, but when we arrive the restaurant is closed... Afterwards the restaurateurs complain about customers who do not show up for their reservation. Very weak
Booking for Father's Day.
We arrive as a family with young children in front of the restaurant and the door is closed...
The least you can do is warn your customers.

Waitress decided to open at 9:30 because she was late! We had taken the metro 30 minutes to get there so it was very disrespectful since it opens at 9:00. For someone who is in the industry, it doesn't happen

Stopped here during mural fest. It wasn't slammed and the service was super slow. We had to ask a second server who brought us the wrong items. The food was very good, but not worth the hassle.

Same as most 1 star review, very bad customer service, not greeting you at all. Being ignored for more than 20 min and leave.

Restaurantji Recommends
We decided to try this place due to the reviews, but we were left disappointed. Not sure if someone called in sick, cos the service was extremely slow - we waited 40 minutes to receive our coffee . The food was good but the service was so bad that I wouldnt recommend this place unless they hire more employees!

My experience was disappointing. I chose this restaurant based on the menu options offered by a birthday gift card, which was a forfait type (a gift card for multiple places). Despite my excitement for their specialty, chicken and waffles, it was a letdown. The waffle was flat, the mashed potatoes were poorly done, the gravy was average, and to my surprise, the chicken was bone-in. Having to disassemble the dish to remove bones made it nearly inedible. At $28, the quality did not match the price. I've tried this dish in various places, but bone-in chicken was a first for me. Had the menu specified this, I would have chosen differently. It's akin to ordering a bone-in chicken sandwich, which seems odd and unexpected. On a positive note, my wife enjoyed her burrito, and we both found the mimosas and latte decent.
