Great coffee, scones are always burnt.

Outstanding coffee, very friendly staff, great pastries, amazing prices, nice space with indoor and outdoor seating available. It doesn’t get much better than this.Wheelchair accessibility: The stairs have a ramp if you look for it.

5/23/17 - Damn good soy double mocha and raspberry pistachio financier. Would definitely go back to this charming little cafe for pastry and espresso drink.Update 4/7/24 - I had been eagerly looking forward to revisiting this place post COVID, now the vegan oat latte is basically just hot burnt water, The lack of menu is also a little challenging to explore offerings, Even if the offerings are pretty standard. Good non-dairy milk options, the drink itself just wasn't good.

The map kept saying it's not busy, but this place fills up fast. So, I got lucky and was able to nab a seat, but with a school nearby, this place is constantly bustling with students. My drink and pastry were great. Glad I stopped in for a spell.

I am super picky with my coffee and this is no joke one of the best coffees I’ve had.

I really love the poetic vibes of this cafe. They don’t have internet so it forces you to disconnect and enjoy. The scones are good but not the best I’ve ever had. The cappuccino was yummy and the perfect size in my opinion. I also love this spot in the summer as they have a nice big patio so it’s great for a meetup with old friends.

Coffee is just so good.... I have been to all of the boutique high end coffee shops, and this tops them for sure. Bakery items need improvement, can't tell if it was gluten free maybe, but not good... but the coffee makes up for it by far.

For a warm and cozy place to socialize in small groups, this cafe is a good option. There are small tables inside and on the terrace, in good weather. It is less ideal as a workspace as the chairs are wooden and stiff with few power outlets available. The ambiance is comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly, upbeat, and efficient. The coffee menu is simple but has all the staples. The double espresso definitely did the trick and served in a super cute tiny takeaway cup. There are also various pastries as snacks, such as muffins, all of which appeared to be vegetarian.Vegetarian options: Pastries

Everything about this place has gotten worse over the years. I kept going back even after they changed their espresso but the final strawberry is the prices over the oldest with the value that they are providing. Day old pastries. The final straw for me with me horribly rude attitude got from the barista when I received a shot of espresso instead of an alloyage. They said it's basically the same and I could buy another one if I wanted more.
