It's a great spot for almond croissants. There's quite a bit of space for a laptop session. There is wifi and plugs. Just remember to bring a bottle of water if you plan to stay a bit.

I visited Myriade Coffee today around 12:30 - 1:00 pm and was extremely disappointed by what I witnessed. While enjoying my coffee, I saw a staff member warmly welcome a friend who had a dog — not a service animal — into the café. The dog was not only allowed inside but was served water in the same cups used for customers.

As someone with a severe dog allergy, this was deeply upsetting and unacceptable. When I politely asked the staff member about this, her response was that the cup would be washed afterward — as if that justified the complete lack of hygiene and health safety standards.

This is not just a matter of personal discomfort — it’s a serious health risk for people with allergies and a blatant violation of basic food safety practices. Using the same drinkware for animals and humans is simply unsanitary and unprofessional.

I expected better from a place like Myriad. Until proper hygiene standards are enforced and staff are trained to prioritize customer safety over personal friendships, I won’t be returning — and I won’t be recommending this café to anyone.

Beautiful, full of natural light, cozy cafe. Looks very clean. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. I really like the chai latte there, but the simple filter coffee has an odd taste. Best cafe around Atwater.

Another coffee shop I enjoy going to. It has healthy viennoiseries, biscuits and beverages at affordable prices and at a nice location.

Willa is an angel and will make you the best matcha of your life. Its actually green.

There is a certain beauty to life uninhibited. All this and more is possible at Café Myriade in Shaughnessy Village. I have previously insisted on this platform that the first priority of cafés is light. No one wants to sip a five dollar latte in a dank corner of abysmal luminescence. Myriade certainly has its priorities right. What follows is a sanctuary for the soul, ultimately -- thoughtfully prepared pastries, carefully brewed coffees, and a whimsical bathroom experience as you stare into the stunted expressions captured in celebrity mugshots.
