Another coffee shop I enjoy going to. It has healthy viennoiseries, biscuits and beverages at affordable prices and at a nice location.
Willa is an angel and will make you the best matcha of your life. Its actually green.
There is a certain beauty to life uninhibited. All this and more is possible at Café Myriade in Shaughnessy Village. I have previously insisted on this platform that the first priority of cafés is light. No one wants to sip a five dollar latte in a dank corner of abysmal luminescence. Myriade certainly has its priorities right. What follows is a sanctuary for the soul, ultimately -- thoughtfully prepared pastries, carefully brewed coffees, and a whimsical bathroom experience as you stare into the stunted expressions captured in celebrity mugshots.
I love having my coffee at Myriade! Great coffee and lots of windows to watch everyone go by. It has a great location near the metro, the AMC Forum and Dawson College.
I like the cafe and space also the staff is wonderful. However, there are two issues, 1- it's like a refrigerator in there, especially back by the entrance door, it seems the AC is always on and blowing cold air. However, I saw a couple complaining about it to the barista and she turned it off. By default, it's usually always on.
2- The wifi connection drops every while and so you need to reconnect. This isn't convenient if you're working on something important and can't afford to lose the internet connection.
Nice coffee. The chai can be made without sweetness. The shop itself is very small but if you get a spot it seems comfortable to work here for a little while.
Love it, delicious lattes, beautiful location with lots of windows.
Cool atmosphere, good coffee ☕
Pros:
-Loved the food (spinash and ricotta Danish; coconut and white chocolat scone ; chocolat cookie).
-Free Wifi to connect to (not very fast).
-Nice and simple decoration.
-Music is good and not too loud.
Other:
-You can come work and study on-site as there's Wifi available (not very fast). However there's only one place by the window with 2 eletric outlets.
-The chai tea lacked a little of flavour compared to other places (not a big flaw).
Sat in on a Tuesday evening and the employee was so lovely! Great vibes, music and pastries!

great staff
This popular café is well located (across the street from Dawson and from the old Forum) and offers good coffee, tea, and pastries at a very good price. But the friendly and professional employees are the best thing about this place. Sarah and the other baristas create the kind of welcoming environment that people seek in a neighbourhood café.
went today after school to study and was a lovely experience:) my barista was super friendly and the drink I had was delicious. music and ambiance was nice too.
i LOVE myriad!! it is such a great place to go when i have breaks in my day and want a pick me up!! it is such a welcoming environment and it has such good vibes when my friends and i show up. The baristas are so sweet and funny, it’s awesome to see their positive work environment!!
Fantastic food and coffee and incredible customer service! Staff were more than happy to provide recommendations and they were very patient and kind. The atmosphere is also great for relaxing, and the music they play is great. I love myriade!!
