Cafe San Gennaro is in my top 3 cafe shops in Montreal. The coffee is great and the food is amazing. Their breakfast pizza is a standout. The cannoli’s are one of the best in the city. Don’t walk here, run.

A great discovery! The Al taglio pizzas (pizzas sold in squares rather than by the slice) are excellent. The tomato sauce is among the best I have tasted. Simple decor that gives a relaxed atmosphere. I will return ? Absolutely !
I've ordered pizza and panini twice for my kids birthdays and it's always amazing ? food is always fresh and oh so tasty. We can't get enough. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for authentic pizza al taglio??

Love this place! I love thin crust pizza, but also LOVE a good doughy pizza and if you want the latter, San Genarro is THE place to go for it. Their cheese is perfectly flavorful and chewy, and the sauce is just the right amount of tart. The space is small and I would probably never want to eat inside, although maybe on the patio... but to order a large Margherita for takeout to bring home and demolish with my partner and/or friends is always a good time. Highly recommend.
If your looking for good italian food , you will be at right place. it is a roman style pizza ,the best you can have in montreal area. Cafe and pastery it is something to try too. You will not be desapointed.My place to go every week!
