Very cute spot. Lots of options, food looked good, barista was friendly, and prices were reasonable. Unfortunately the hazelnut latte I ordered tasted like charcoal, and not even the steamed milk and syrup could mask that. If you are into that kind of thing (old school Italian style maybe?) you will be fine, but if you like specialty espresso I would pass on this place unfortunately.

I visited this small, local coffee shop twice during my short visit in Montreal. We were served by the same barista both days. He was very friendly, and served a great cup of coffee. I ordered an Americano and my wife ordered an espresso. We chatted with the barista while we sipped our coffee and really got to see his passion for the business, and the community.

Found this cafe while visiting from out of town. One of the best americanos i’ve ever had, as well as a fantastic macchiato. The coffee was enough for me to return next time i’m in town, but the pastries and barista’s hospitality are the icing on cake. Will back back!
