Went to check out the breakfast early this morning, good breakfast menu but the regular menu is even better. Had an all dressed pizza and an americano coffee, both were excellent! Roberto took our orders and provided great service all the way through.
The prices are pretty amazing for quantity of food and drink. Everything is priced like it’s 2016. (Take advantage now before Roberto wises up. 🤣)
Highly recommend giving this place a chance, try the menu for take out or sit down, poutines are authentic and delicious.
To the students who were angered at having to tip; if you don’t have the ability to tip at least 15% for good service then please don’t go to a table service restaurant. Servers and bartenders of all types have different pay structures and depend heavily upon tips to supplement their lower hourly wage.
If you find the service so bad that you don’t want to tip, fine, speak to the owner/manager and/or post a review. Otherwise expect to tip well for good service.

The waitress literally forced us to pay the tip of 15%. We are new to town and are students- picked a place where poutine was sold at a reasonable price and this happened anyways. How can you force a customer to pay tips? Deeply disappointed by this. Also the fly in the next picture shows the unsanitary environment.

For me, worth a second try. Pizza was good. Sweet potatoe fries were ok. Chili oil was good. Interior was warm. Slot machines place on both far ends. Where we sat was too close to those playing slot machines making having conversations hard to not be overheard.

Blew in here on a rainy Saturday morning. Me & 6 of my m8s after a night of bachelor party debauchery. Hungover, we all ordered the breakfast sandwich. While we waited, some of my friends hopped on the VLT's or as we call them in Nova Scotia :"tappers". No luck but they assured me they had fun losing their money lol. The service was excellent. The food was amazing, one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. So good, we went again the next morning. It hit the spot! - We met the owner, he's a beauty. Really great neighborhood pub, we were in during the euro cup and the matches were on the TV. Great vibe. I'll be sure to come back and visit next time I'm in Montreal. I wish I could rate this place higher!

Personal note; I am surprised at the (few) bad reviews because despite the gambling machines everything from food quality and cleanliness to service speed and accuracy are well above par for not just the neighborhood but for the city of Montréal itself. On all three visits it was consistently good, clean and delicious.
