Café St-Barth charms with its simple, elevated approach to breakfast. Alex, the owner, focuses on quality over flash, delivering standout dishes like scrambled eggs that defy physics, the colorful fruit salad, and a Montreal bagel toasted just right to highlight its chewy center. And, don't miss the home baked scones! The real magic, though, comes from Meggy and owner Alex who make you feel welcome like a long lost friend. Food is unpretentious and the highest quality, super fresh, in an atmosphere that turns a morning meal into a welcoming ritual. This is breakfast, on repeat . New York would be honored to have a St. Barth location.

My experience at this cafe is very mixed. The atmosphere in general was not good, there was a lot of noise, which is understandable during busy periods, but that, coupled with the cramped size of this cafe and the small, tightly packed tables with a lot of people passing around ...it wasn't off to a good start. As for the food, it's a standard brunch, nothing special, except the absolutely ridiculous size of the waffles (as you can see in the photo), which were at a price that I consider excessive for the quantity of food (between $15 and $16). The service was OK, not particularly friendly but professional, so no complaints there. Overall, I will not return to this brunch, and I would therefore not recommend it either, for my taste, the address is not worth the detour.

I came into this cafe for a coffee the other day but when I smelled the breakfast I had to indulge. I got a breakfast benny and was served by a woman named jules. She was just lovely and helped brighten my day, we had an amazing conversation. With the price, service and entire experience it was a definite 10/10!!
