I had a ridiculously bad experience at Caféto. I was sold an old, dried-out slice of cake, and when I pointed it out, the woman at the counter handled it, argued with me, and refused to acknowledge the very obvious issue. After she denied a replacement, I asked for a refund, also refused.
In the end, she offered me a Danish at half the price, saying she would “have to throw out the cake and make up for it.” Essentially, I ended up paying for her inability to properly rotate, wrap, and maintain her pastries. Can't make this up!

I love this place. After shopping it's great to grab a coffee and relax. Mind you the atmosphere only gets 3 stars but that's only because its noisy, in a shopping mall. The servers have always been nice to me, service with a smile and they give me extra soy or oat milk and oblige with shaking the cartons. I haven't had food here but what do you expect for a quick bite in a mall? I will continue to go here.

I found this Cafe because I was looking for muffin plus. I visited muffin plus three years ago but couldn't find it this trip to Montreal. Nonetheless, Cafeto did not disappoint. The food was so good. My family and I enjoyed every bite. We will be back! Price was good too.

Absolutely waste of our time. Dry chocolate bread, Chai latte is absolutely disgusting! Even the ginger ale soda was warm. At order time the lady looked at us while we ask for a medium chain latte with the worst look, tried to say large 1 only to walk away saying oookk lol. Never ever coming back here.

I'm not a coffee guy, so I'm not an expert, but I really did enjoy my experience at this mall café. I had to get my phone fixed next door, and had time to kill, so I ordered an oolong tea, and booted up my laptop to salvage my workday. Super friendly and efficient ladies behind the counter, even with a lineup of confused old geezers it went smoothly. There are a few tables to have your drink, and free wifi. One of the ladies behind the counter offered to refill my cup with hot water, and I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, it was pretty good and prices were fair. They had sandwiches and pastries too.

Why do you have smoothies in your menu if you can’t make them? Opted for a bagel instead but it came with rotten spinach.

What kind of individual will knowingly serve food that’s bad and charge you an arm and a leg for it… the standard of freshness in the food is absent…it’s like left overs from the raccoons….
Tables are filthy, garbage has no covering, Chia late is watery … you taste more water flavour than the chia and milk. The date square tasted stale condensed milk left out too long like stale milk… Unpleasant, Atmosphere some people use it to talk really loud on speaker phone in languages you don’t understand so it basically noisy… some people are on camera what’s app and you can hear the entire conversation …. Save your money …
Consistently bad food with excellent service.. Active deception: I also bought a sandwich before and I got sick but I went back to give them a second chance … no changes…
