The owner was quite uneducated and unprofessional on how he treats customers, regardless if one pays for order or not yet, as one could be waiting for someone before ordering. I saw how he ridiculed a potential customer who is deaf, shouting at him in front of others. The deaf person was looking for a decent café to start his studies. The owner couldn't think to communicate in alternative ways through writing on paper or using phone to show note of his comment in order to maintain customer satisfaction. Even if the owner may need the table to serve other paying customers, he still had the opportunity to inform him in a dignified manner, just the same as he would expect to be treated from customers. Hopefully the upper management gets to see this review and give him training on customer service, especially focusing on accessibility as well.

I got a large iced salted caramel latte and it tasted pretty diluted. The syrup’s flavour also seemed a bit off. The interior is nice though, with cute plants table decor.

We visited this place today. It’s a nice café with friendly service, but the coffee was honestly the worst I’ve ever had. It seemed like the barista was new and didn’t know how to handle the equipment properly.
I worked as a barista for many years, so I noticed every mistake — the milk was frothed poorly, poured after the espresso, and the result was a bitter, unpleasant drink. My husband ordered a latte but got something closer to a burnt cappuccino, and my flat white was half foam and undrinkable.
To make things worse, the coffee machine and tools looked dirty, which clearly affects the taste. Please pay attention to staff training and cleanliness — because no matter how nice the place is, after coffee like that, we definitely won’t be coming back.

Worst service ever! I was given a cold coffee instead of a hot one, and when I pointed it out, the staff member was completely unwilling to acknowledge the mistake, let alone replace it. He was rude and dismissive, even saying that “no one has ever complained about coffee being cold.” Well, I did and instead of fixing the issue, he chose to argue with the customer. This used to be my go-to spot, but after this experience, I’m truly disappointed. They seriously need to work on their customer service and attitude toward customers.

Today was a beautiful rainy day🌧️. After so many hot days🔥, I grabbed my umbrella and raincoat and went out. When the rain got heavier, I noticed a cozy and charming café and decided to step inside. 🌻The staff welcomed us with such warmth, and the quality of the coffee and their pistachio croissant was truly excellent. 🥐☕️We sat by the window, watching the rain while enjoying our coffee — such a perfect experience.😍 Definitely, whenever I crave coffee and I’m nearby, I’ll be coming back here again!🙃
I love their comfy leather armchairs! That’s what brings me back to this location. Their coffee and their tiramisu is really good, their tiramisu is better than most bakeries and even the Costco one. However, it is too expensive.

They are advertised as closing at 8 pm. I was told by the barista (it was 7:20 pm) that they were closing early (7:30 pm) I felt extremely rushed. Please advertise the closing time at 7:30 if it is not 8.
