They are advertised as closing at 8 pm. I was told by the barista (it was 7:20 pm) that they were closing early (7:30 pm) I felt extremely rushed. Please advertise the closing time at 7:30 if it is not 8.

Ordered through Uber and got half of my order and the only item I received was wrong. Even the Uber said he didn’t understand and told the guy that items were missing and the guy said it’s fine. Been a couple of times it happens.

I regularly get coffee (precisely a golden chai lattee) here for the past years and love the pastries. The pistachio croissants are delicious. Unfortunatly, there's very rarely vegeterian sandwish options. Also, there seems to be confusion about some of the items on the menu. Somethings that are announced are never accessible (like vegeterian sandwishes and breakfast croissants). Also, I've been drinking the golden chai for a while now. It is written on the menu that it is made with oat milk and I normally don't have to precise the type of milk I want and have no problem. But, it happened twice now that I see the barista make it with cow milk. Both times I notified the barista and got argued with that the oat milk is an extra (but I never had to pay extra or even ask for it in the past). Either the menu is confusing or the employe was confused.
