The owner chased me out of the establishment because my service dog was with me. He insisted that I tie my dog outside while I came inside to order. I offered to order and wait outside to receive it. He would not allow it. Discriminatory and completely disrespectful of the many thousands of dollars of training for hundreds of hours that a service animal requires in order to mitigate a handler's disability.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got a smoked salmon bagel delivered and had to return it back myself. Cost $13, their was no cream cheese, no capers, almost no onions, the few ones in there were stale and 1 tiny slice of salmon. When I got there to return the item the Manager Timothy told me everything was NORMAL with that bagel and he was extremely rude ignoring me almost. The only option he gave me was to get another one but they were all like that. A few more items there didn't look fresh the manager there has 0 mannersI honestly do not recommend this place.

Never had the experience to buy ice coffee in Van Houtte and honestly it was the worst, they pour the coffee in to the ice and I asked for cream and sugar, and they told me there milk and sugar is on the table you can do it yourself! I mean they didn’t even ask me what you want in your ice coffee and just give me a cup of glass and coffee on it! No liquid sugar or caramel! Just the sugar which doesn’t melt in ice! And the staff are not respectful to the client! 7$ for a ice coffee with that quality is painful ?

Pour un petit déjeuner un gruau au petits fruits nappé de graines ou une bonne chocolatine fraîchement préparée.
Pour le déjeuner une quesadilla soit au poulet ou végétarienne les 2 sont succulentes.
Ou aussi bien un bon panini, un wrap au poulet et fromage ou un sandwich classique sur baguette
En après midi une bonne pâtisserie avec un cappuccino allongé avec crème et chocolat
Tout est bon, frais et préparé avec de bons produits et surtout avec amour
